Restaurant Vandvid in Sydhavnen

Birthday, wedding, confirmation or christening? We host many parties at Vandvid and are happy to design an offer for your particular occasion. We can accommodate between 40 and 65 dining guests. Please call us +45 3121 5020 Wednesday-Friday during opening hours to discuss the details. As all events are tailor made to your wishes, we can't book them via e-mail.

Basic price of renting the ship to a closed party: 

DKK 1,000 / hour before 5 pm.

DKK 2,000 / hour after 5 pm.

The price includes rent, table setting, coffee / tea, ice water, flowers, dishes, final cleaning and the best view on the water.

Drinks

Welcome bubbles - can be served on the deck - from DKK 380 per bottle.

Serve-yourself draft beer per keg (20 l.) From Nørrebro Bryghus: DKK 2000

Drinks can also be purchased a la carte.​

Tables

We decorate the tables with flowers and napkins. If you want tablecloths or other decorations, you are welcome to bring your own, by appointment.

Music

We have a music system and we can arrange a small dance floor at the front of the ship. However, the volume must comply with the municipal noise limits for the sake of the ship's neighbors. DJ's are not an option at Vandvid.

Arrival from the water

Arriving by boat makes the party extra memorable! The large harbor cruise boats can be rented on an hourly basis and sail your company out to Restaurant Vandvid. See more here: www.havnerundfart.dk
The raft: Vandvid has its own 'timber raft' with electric outboard motor, which can sail up
to12 people around the canals. One hour sailing DKK 1,000.
Presentations: We can arrange screen and projector, rental price DKK 800

Payment and conditions

All prices include VAT. Children under 12 pay half price. 
We charge part of the price as a binding reservation fee (non-refundable upon cancellation). See further conditions here.
Final number of guests can be adjusted up to 7 days in advance, however, payment must always be made for the agreed minimum number.
